The murder of Felicia Oktober, a Knysna SANParks Ranger living in the Diepwalle forest, was brutal. On August 25, she was stabbed 13 times. Her throat was slit. The following day, her boyfriend, the prime suspect, was arrested 70km away in the city of George. Yesterday, September 27, in the Knysna Magistrates’ Court, he was denied bail.
