The Western Cape Office of the Public Protector and Knysna Magistrates’ Court seems to have no intention of protecting me or the citizens of Knysna. Additionally, there’s been no response from Helen Zille and the DA Federal Executive regarding the threats against myself and “200” subscribers by their Councillor Dr Martin Young. There’s been no response from the Knysna Municipality regarding the threats by Fire Chief Clinton Manuel. Understand this clearly: MAYOR ELEANORE SPIES AND THE DEMOCRATIC ALLIANCE ISSUED LIES IN RESPONSE TO ALLEGATIONS OF CORRUPTION INVOLVING THE PARTY, DISRESPECTING PARLIAMENT WHILST DOING SO. CONSEQUENCES ARE INEVITABLE. The Knysna Council, which includes all the other parties because they’ve strangely failed to be opposition, allowed this to happen, damaging our town’s credibility and ensuring that more public funds will go down the drain.
